Charles Cush is an adjunct professor with 1 year of teaching experience at the collegiate level. He teaches Strategic Marketing (MKTG 4300) at St. Kate's and is focused on helping students build their business and leadership acumen through the utilization of current case study examples, and the practical application of theoretical concepts to solve real-world business problems.
Charles has over 25 years of industry experience in marketing and sales, and has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility at several Fortune 500 consumer product, medical device, and healthcare companies such as: Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, and Medtronic. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of McHenry Savings Bank, where he helped oversee the transition of the bank from a privately held to a publicly traded entity.
Charles holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. He is very active in his community, and is a passionate believer in education. He has served as an elected member of the Board of Education for Naperville CUSD 203 (his local school district) since 2016.Â
He is married, and is the proud father of 3 adult children; and currently resides in Naperville, Illinois.
