Instructional Facilities
The St. 做厙輦⑹ campus, comprising 76 acres, is located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul. Seven of the 21 buildings on campus house instruction, academic support, and other academic offices. Field Experience
The university ensures that all required clinical placements and externships are geographically accessible and confirmed with students within 45 days of their successful completion of the required coursework. Accessibility is achieved through multiple means in collaboration with our clinical partners. Clinical partnerships are guided by program requirements, partner capacity and placement demand. The university communicates to students the various considerations involved in placement opportunities during the admissions process, on program web pages, programmatic student handbooks, and through program advising. This communication model facilitates students planning and preparation.

Professional Licensing Disclosures
Degree programs at St. 做厙輦⑹ that are intended to result in professional licensure and certification are designed to meet the educational requirements for the state of Minnesota.
Per the U.S. Department of Education regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v) we are obligated to disclose whether or not St. Kates programs will meet the educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in any of the US states or territories. The information on the licensing disclosures page reflects, to the best of our knowledge, accurate information about each of our licensing programs.
Privacy of Student Records and Information
St. 做厙輦⑹ informs students of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, (FERPA), as amended. This Act, with which the institution intends to comply fully, was designated to protect the privacy of education records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their education records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings. Students also have the right to file complaints with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Office concerning alleged failures by the institution to comply with the Act.
Local policy explains in detail the procedures to be used by the institution for compliance with the provisions of the Act. Transfer Credit Policies
St. 做厙輦⑹ accepts undergraduate and graduate transfer course work, credits by examination, and other non-traditional credits. Transfer credit opportunities are described on our website and in our .

Copyright Infringement
St. Kates Intellectual Property policy governs the rights to ownership, use and distribution of revenues from commercialization of intellectual property among authors, creators, inventors, the University, and sponsors. This policy also incorporates the Universitys fair use guidelines which are intended to help University faculty, staff, and students interested in the proper and legal use of copyrighted material. It covers the Fair Use provision of copyright law and provides guidelines for determining the copyright status of a resource. The policy is available through the Universitys intranet.

Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug Law Violations
A federal or state drug conviction can disqualify a student from federal financial aid programs. More details on the penalties for violating drug laws can be found in the St. Kates Financial Aid Policies
Student Loan Information
If a student borrows a federal student loan and/or the parent of a student borrows a federal parent loan, Franklin College will submit loan information to the National Student Loan Data System which is accessible by guarantee agencies, lenders, loan servicers, and schools determined to be authorized users of the data system.

Refund Policy & Requirements for Return of Federal Financial Aid
A student who officially withdraws from school may be entitled to full or partial reduction of charges for tuition, fees, housing and meal charges. Students should refer to the Financial Aid Policies webpage and click on Federal Refund Policy.
Student Outcomes & Demographics
Federal law requires colleges and universities to disclose specific information to prospective students, their parents, and the general public. Definitions
Graduation Rate
Graduation rate after six years for undergraduate baccalaureate programs (four year degrees) and after three years for associate programs (two year degrees). These rates are only for full-time students who enrolled at St. 做厙輦⑹ as degree-seeking college students for the first time. The rates do not include students who began their college careers at another institution and do not include students who enrolled as part-time students during their initial term of enrollment.
Transfer - Out Rate
Students who began their four year or two year degree programs as full-time students at St. 做厙輦⑹ and subsequently enrolled in another college or university.

Graduation Rate for Students Pursuing Baccalaureate Degrees
For the most recent reporting year, the graduation rate for the baccalaureate programs was 64% and the transfer-out rate was 27%.
Job Placement Rates for Graduates
St. 做厙輦⑹ uses the National Association of Colleges and Employers First-Destination Survey to capture outcomes for all degree levels to provide data regarding how new college graduates fare in their careers within six months of graduation. The outcomes include working, still looking, and not seeking.
For the 2022-2023 academic year, 734 graduates, which represent 60% of the institutions total 1,230 graduates from the College for Women, College for Adults, and Graduate School, completed the survey and self-reported the following:

- Seeking: 14.4 %
- Not seeking: 0.8%
Working is defined as graduates employed full or part-time, on contract or freelance, accepted by a graduate or professional school, or volunteering or in the military.
