Diane Fittipaldi joined St. °µÍø½ûÇø in 2016 as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and later served as an Associate Professor and the Program Director for the Master’s in Business Administration. Now retired, she continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program, teaching marketing and business administration. With 30 years of experience in brand management (General Mills) and advertising (BBDO, McCann), Diane brings extensive subject matter expertise to her students at St. Kate’s. Her scholarship centers on the systemic gender biases within organizations, exemplified by the Minnesota Census of Women in Corporate Leadership—a study conducted by St. °µÍø½ûÇø for 15 years. This research plays a crucial role in raising awareness of the underrepresentation of women in executive leadership across Minnesota. Diane holds a BFA from Kent State University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and an EdD in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas.
