Dr. George Diaz serves as the Graduate Program Director for the MBA and MAOL programs at St. °µÍø½ûÇø. With a robust academic background and extensive experience in both business administration and organizational leadership, Dr. Diaz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His academic journey began with an A.S. in Law Enforcement from Rochester Community and Technical College, followed by a B.A. in History from the College of Saint Scholastica. Dr. Diaz then pursued an M.A. in Human Development and a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, both from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
In his role as Graduate Program Director, Dr. Diaz is dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment for graduate students. He continuously strives to enhance the MBA and MAOL programs, ensuring the curriculum is both relevant and rigorous, and that students are well-prepared to become leaders in their fields. His unique perspective and diverse background, combined with a strong understanding of emotional intelligence, leadership storytelling, and learning theories, among other business-related focuses, enable him to foster growth and innovation among both students and faculty.
