Janie Felder-Walker, MBA, is passionate and active about improving healthcare for all and is a health equity advocate. With a robust career spanning over two decades, she has cemented a reputation as a dynamic leader in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy Director at CarelonRx, an Elevance Health Company, Janie leads the development of competitive cross-asset integrated market strategies that significantly increase revenue and reduce costs. Janie is an enthusiastic advocate of education and comes from a family of educators (her sister is a high school chemistry teacher, her father was a math teacher, and her husband teaches at St Cloud State). Janie has taught Healthcare Economics and Finance, Health Policy, and Health Quality as an adjunct professor at St. °µÍø½ûÇø’s University for the Masters in Business Administration program. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, Janie continually seeks new knowledge and skills to stay ahead in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
