Dr. Kristin Morris is CEO and Principal Consultant of Genesis Consulting Services, LLC. She has been teaching adults for over 15 years, merging theory, performance improvement, and practice to foster a robust learning experience and environment for students. It is important to her to provide a safe space for experiential learning and growth. In her leadership experience, she is most proud of winning the Provider of the Year Award for Ramsey County and being a 2023 Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Women in Business honoree, along with being a 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award from the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus. Dr. Morris is excited to be affiliated with the MAOL program because of both the people-centered focus of the program, as well as the program’s focus on diverse, inclusive, and equitable leadership.
