Kristin Tupa currently works as a sustainability manager at Cargill, Inc. and brings over two decades of experience in a large, global corporation working in agriculture and food. She has worked with customers in the EU, Asia, and South and Central America, as well as with well-known brands in the U.S. like McDonald's and Target. She earned her MBA from the University of Minnesota while working at Cargill, so she understands what it is like to balance work and school. She helps students build confidence in their knowledge, gifts, and talents. She loves the intellectual energy in MAOL courses, which comes from working with students from across business, government, and nonprofit sectors. She has taught Marketing Strategically in both the MAOL and the MBA program.
