Sara Wilcox, MS, is an adjunct professor teaching History of Dress and  Sociocultural Aspects of Dress and will co-lead the department’s J-Term  2025 study abroad course British & French Fashion Influence 18th 20th Century. She is also a PhD student studying Dress, History, and  Culture with a minor in Heritage Studies and Public History at the University of Minnesota, where her research focuses on historic and modern  textile crafts and fashion sustainability. She is currently the graduate  collection assistant at the Goldstein Museum of Design. Wilcox holds  a BFA in Costume Design from the Theatre School at DePaul University and has over two decades of professional experience as a costume  designer for theaters in the Twin Cities.Â
