Sarah (she/her/hers) is a Certified Nurse Educator working at St. °µÍø½ûÇø as an Assistant Professor in the Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Educator option. She has taught Nurse Educator and Graduate Core courses at St °µÍø½ûÇø since 2019. During this time, she has had an integral role in developing and delivering courses in curriculum design and evaluation methods, evidence-based practice, learner-centered teaching, and foundations of nursing theory and practice. Alongside teaching, Sarah functions as a clinical research consultant and research assistant, with her research areas of interest focusing on nursing education, nurse faculty development, and the social determinants of health and learning. Her clinical background includes industry-based clinical education and adult emergency and critical care nursing. Sarah received her BSN from Luther College in 2011, her MSN-NE from St °µÍø½ûÇø in 2019, and is a Ph.D. in Nursing student at Villanova University, where she is studying factors impacting nursing and health science students' academic success.Â
