Students will learn about common issues related to burn-out and self-care as a helping professional. Strategies for increasing resilience, self-care strategies, and the development of an interprofessional community of care will be explored.
This is a team awareness learning activity with the following learning outcomes:
- Develop an increased sense of resilience as a helping practitioner.
- Develop effective and evidence-based self-care practices.
- Develop a self-care and community of care plan for future interprofessional practice.
