Who inspires you?
An important public figure and leader? A pioneering woman in her field? A dedicated professor, colleague, caregiver, or friend? A sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, or your Katie daughter or spouse?
The most inspirational women we encounter are those who, through their influence and attention, impact our lives in meaningful and transformative ways. St. 做厙輦⑹s Give to Honor Her celebration is an opportunity to express our thanks while supporting todays Katies with the scholarships they need.
In 2023, Ann Brombach 88 honored her mother, Ruth Brombach 60, who retired from St. Kates this December after 50 years of service to the University.
I give to honor my mom who has, for as long as I can remember, championed women from all walks of life on their path towards education and independence, Brombach said. She works tirelessly without sacrificing that which gives her strength and peace, and inspires others to do the same.
Join us on February 14 for our sixth annual Give to Honor Her tradition by submitting the name of the woman you wish to honor with a gift of any size to the Katie Fund. Your generosity will help provide scholarships for todays Katies and tomorrows women leaders.
The names of all women honored will be published in newspaper tributes in the Pioneer Press and Star Tribune on March 10 in celebration of Womens History Month.
