Earlier this month in Psychology Today, associate professor of exercise and sport science Rebecca Busanich, PhD, wrote about the importance of changing how we think about exercise in order to enhance our experiences with it.
"[I]t is evident that our ideas on exercise—and the ways in which we talk about it and think about it—need to be challenged. It is important to help people resist these more limiting, yet dominant, ideas around exercise to create a more positive relationship with exercise."
