An Innovative Business Administration Degree with an Emphasis on Leadership that Meets the Needs of the World Today

The business administration program at St. °µÍø½ûÇø is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of business, as well as the specialized knowledge and skills you need to lead and succeed in the global marketplace, including:

  • Business fundamentals: Learn about all aspects of business, including accounting, finance, marketing, management, and operations.
  • Ethical leadership: Develop the skills to be an ethical and influential leader in today's complex business world.
  • Real-world experience: Have the opportunity to gain real-world experience through internships, capstone projects, and study abroad programs.

Every business course at St. Kate's includes an ethics component. Our business administration faculty will teach you how to solve ethical dilemmas and stay true to your personal convictions. You'll learn alongside students from all walks of life, preparing you for a successful career in the global marketplace.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in internships, case studies, and capstone projects that will give you hands-on experience in the business world. In addition, you will run a business in your strategic management capstone through an interactive simulation program that integrates all the major functional areas of business: human resources, sales, finance, and marketing. Throughout your coursework, you will also develop a professional portfolio to showcase your accomplishments to potential employers.

The business administration department offers many scholarships specifically for business majors.

Business administration majors may also complete a minor in financial economics by taking two additional courses.
