Congratulations on your acceptance to St. Kate's! Our faculty and staff are ready to support you every step of the way and help you stay connected. In the meantime, here are your first steps toward becoming a Katie.

Submit Your Tuition Deposit

  • Enter your St. Kate's network username and password
  • Click on Deposits
  • Select Start Term
  • Select College for Women Tuit Dep and enter $200

Deposit fully refundable before January 1 for Spring and May 1 for Fall. Tuition deposit secures your place in our upcoming class.

New College for Women Student Checklist

Welcome, new students! There is a lot to do as you prepare to begin your educational journey at St. Kates. This checklist includes many key tasks for the summer — not all will apply to you and you may have completed some already. If you need help, contact admissions@stkate.edu.

When to Do It What to Do
ASAP Submit your using school code 002342 - if you plan not to file your FAFSA form please let your Admission Counselor know. 
October (Spring '25)/March (Fall '25)  FAFSA information is scheduled to be sent to colleges and universities from the Department of Education. We will notify students that we received your information as soon as we can! Check the Financial Aid Resources page for updates. 
November (Spring '25)/April (Fall '25)  Review your financial aid package as soon as we are able to send it to you, and meet with your admissions counselor to review it.
January 1 (Spring '25)/May 1 (Fall '25)  Submit tuition deposit, fully refundable before January 1/June 1.
June 15 Submit housing deposit and priority application. 
As Soon As Possible

Final Transcripts.

  • First-Year students: Send in final high school transcripts after graduation. PSEO /CIS transcripts must be requested directly from the college where you earned the credits.
  • Transfer students: Send all college transcripts after grades and any degrees are entered.
As Soon As Possible AP or IB Credit. Request your or scores be sent to St. Kate’s. Check out our and for additional information.
TBD Sign up for and attend an on-campus registration event.
After Registration

Review Class Schedule. 
To View your Schedule, navigate to MyStKate's Student, find Student Self Service, and Click on My Class Schedule. 

  • First-Year students: Your academic advisor will send your schedule via email.
  • Transfer students: Register for classes right after your registration event. Contact academicadvising@stkate.edu with questions.
After Registration Immunization Verification. Upload required immunization documents to the Health and Wellness portal. 
11/18/24 (Spring '25) Purchase Books. Grab your course schedule and to order your textbooks for the semester!
1/1/25-1/27/25
(Spring '25)
Insurance Waiver. to avoid being charged for University health insurance.
TBD Room Preview! Come to campus and get to see your actual room and space.
January (Spring '25)/August (Fall '25) Stop by the Post Office on campus to sign up for an on-campus mailbox!
TBD Orientation! We're excited to welcome you to campus, get to know you better, and provide you with the resources you need to be a successful Katie.
